Stud Dog Social

The MBTCA is excited to invite you to the first-ever Stud Dog Social at the 2026 National Specialty!

 

If you're looking to promote your stud dog, curious about nationwide top dogs, or searching for the perfect stud, this is the event for you. You’ll be able to interact and evaluate the dogs in a fun and relaxed setting.

 

Join us Thursday October 15th after the Costume Contest in the grooming area for a hands-on look at some stud dogs. The exact time will be released after scheduling is finalized.

For Stud Dog Owners: There is no limit on dogs. Bring as many studs as you would like, but make sure you have a grooming table for each and a handler for each dog. Decorate your dog’s grooming table to win a prize voted on by the people!

Materials to Bring: Any relevant information including, but not limited to: health testing documents, pedigree, along with contact information to pass out to interested people.

Since this is our first year, we are asking that everyone interested in participating preregister. All registered stud dogs and their pertinent information will be featured on our National Weekend website for viewing during and after the event. If you are in attendance but your stud dog is not, no worries, you can still participate by preregistration and having information to hand out.​
